Definitely a difficult bullet-hell but a lot of fun! As mentioned the rewinding time healing you would be a great feature to add to the mechanic.
Maybe also some more feedback on damage for the enemies specifically. I can see my health drop when I get hurt; but I just assume the enemies will eventually die if I keep blasting them.
I really like the art as well! It looks unique to me and has an interesting retro vibe.
great concept, but there's a few issues: - difficulty is very inconsistent
- rewinding time doesn't heal your health up, making it... pretty useless apart from specific cases, where you're stuck and had sometime a few seconds where you're safe
